    Description: The AWARE Project
    (Assisting with Achieving Results in Education)
    This project ensures that parents of children and young adults with disabilities receive training and information about their rights, responsibilities, and protections under IDEA. Assistance is provided with IEP's, 504 Plans, and Transition Plans. Other services include seminars, newsletters, speakers and an online student website.
