    Description: This program is a cooperative effort of the Department of Education, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Children and Families, Clay County District Schools, and the Department of Military Affairs. Its purpose is to empower at-risk youth to become successful, productive citizens. The program is demanding and highly regimented. It consists of a 5-month residential phase and a one year post-residential phase.
