Infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months of age with suspected developmental delays or established conditions that could result in delays.
Fees:
No charge to families for initial evaluation services; Medicaid and/or private insurance may be billed for ongoing services. Funding for recommended services is available through Part C when there is no other funding source.

Description:
Early Steps accepts referrals from parents, physicians (physician order required), teachers, and other professionals. Early Steps provides service coordination, makes referrals, and assists with transitions to local school districts or other community resources. Services for eligible infants and toddlers include, but are not limited to: - multi-disciplinary evaluation - development of an Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) - referral to community providers for recommended services - service coordination
