    Description: Healthy Families Jacksonville offers voluntary home visiting by trained family support workers to promote positive parent interaction and child health and development. Families are linked with other agencies as needed. Healthy Family services begin prenatally or at the birth of a baby and continue for up to three to five years depending on the need.
