    Population Served: Children and adolescents 10-17 years of age who exhibit any type of youth-related problem that disrupts the stability of the family

    Area Served: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties
    Description: Residential Crisis Care: short term respite services for youth 10 - 17 years of age who are in crisis due to running away, school-related concerns, ungovernable behaviors, victims of trafficking, and homelessness. Counseling services, recreational activities, and academic instruction are provided. This program is at no cost to families.

    Family Link: outpatient counseling services to children 6-11 years of age who are running away, homeless, truant or experiencing school-related concerns, or have ungovernable behaviors. This program is at no cost to families and is provided in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.

    Outpatient Behavioral Health: mental health counseling and psychiatric care services provided to children ages 3 and up an adults who are experiencing mental health concerns. This provided in Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties. This service accepts FL Medicaid and some commercial insurance; sliding scale provided.

    S.N.A.P. (Stop Now and Plan): group instruction to children ages 6 - 11 years of age and their parents/guardians. This program serves children who are exhibiting signs of aggressive and disruptive behaviors at home/school. Groups, child care and meals are provided at no cost.

    Touchstone Village: transitional living services for homeless 18 - 24 year olds. Life skills and career development training, mental health counseling, and academic support provided. Efficiency-sized apartments are included. Rent and utilities are a nominal fee.
