    Description: The Talking Book/Special Needs Library provides recorded books and magazines for those with visual or physical disabilities which would otherwise prevent them from reading regular print material. Services may be provided at the library or by mail. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    The Sorenson Video Relay Service is available at all library locations for people with hearing loss.
