    Description: Safe Harbor is a residential, educational and vocational facility serving troubled youth. The program utilizes the water and vessels as the residential and educational facility. Boys live aboard vessels, work toward their high-school diploma or GED at the on-site accredited academy, and take part in job-ready vocational classes.
