    Population Served: Children with visual impairments, birth to 21 years of age, and their families

    Area Served: Clay, Duval, Nassau, Baker and St. Johns counties. Other state offices cover the rest of Florida
    Description: Services include:
    - home-based early intervention services for children from birth to the sixth birthday
    - parent education covering how vision loss affects learning, parent rights and responsibilities, information and referral to appropriate community resources, and advocacy
    - low vision evaluations, low vision aids,if appropriate and budget allows
    - referral to Vocational Rehabilitation Programs if eligible
