Description:

The Community Peds Care Program is an alliance between Nemours Children’s Clinic, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, and Wolfson Children’s Hospital.  The program offers nursing, psychosocial services, pastoral care, volunteer services, respite care, and hospice services.
