Description:

The purpose of the Exceptional Student Education Advisory Committee (ESEAC) is to act as a communication link between parents of children with special needs and/or gifted students, community agencies, and public schools to promote services for exceptional children in Duval County. Membership on the committee includes parents, teachers, Exceptional Student Education staff, local university staff, administrators, and community agency representatives.  Emphasis is placed on the parent’s point of view.
